One the one hand, the article argues, the business is a win-win for both consumers and local merchants. On the other, many merchants complain about the sizable cost of working with Groupon and how it can easily forge a path towards financial insolvency if poorly executed. Either way, it’s a very interesting article about the fast rising company that has, in a very short time span, surpassed many high-flying companies in the internet marketing space.
